Crossroads is a bluegrass band from the
Tuscaloosa, AL area.
The members are Bubba Moore - mandolin, David Battles -banjo, Randa
Battles - bass, Jimmie Hyche - guitar and Joe Kizziah - dobro.
As a band they have been together for about 2 1/2 years.
The original group began with Bubba Moore, David and Randa Battles.
They quickly added Jimmie Hyche and later added Joe Kizziah.
They enjoy playing the traditional music of Bill Monroe , Flatt and
Skruggs, The Stanley Brothers, and Ricky Skaggs.
In addition to the traditional bluegrass they also
enjoy putting their own bluegrass
flare to a few great country songs. Their instrumental ability along with
their vocals and harmonies create a
great bluegrass experience.
